Sens. Durbin and Reid to Skip Pres. Ford’s Funeral

I think Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru would be understanding if Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Harry Reid (D-NV) wanted to postpone their meetings a week or so.

AP reports that Durbin, Reid, Kent Conrad (D-ND), Judd Gregg (R-NH), and Ken Salazar (D-CO) are headed to South America, stopping at Machu Picchu along the way.

What a class act. Perhaps they should inquire in a little Incan brain surgery while they’re in Peru?

   Harry Reid should be D-NV..not NY. We have our own problems without having him as our Senator. Although he might be better than one we already have….but not by much.
