		<description>A few facts...
(a) The city of St. Louis has been ran by a Democrat mayor and majority Democrat administration for the past 50+ years.
(b) While it has been steadily decreasing in population for roughly the same amount of time, it somehow is able to create the votes necessary to trump the out-state votes on some of the bigger issues. (It didn't win on conceal/carry...)
(c) I believe that the St. Louis City wards are some of the last wards in the state to have their votes turned into City Hall.
(d) I'm glad I live 100 miles to the south.</description>

		<description>I don't anticipate my job being affected by that too much.  I am not in the Kellogg, Brown and Root division that handles government contracting. HAL is already looking to spin that off with a 20% IPO, if I recall correctly.
