That's also why I wish Democrat Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson would have given some details on exactly how he plans to attract more jobs and residents back to Cleveland. Because there's definitely money <b>around</b> the city of Cleveland; some of our suburbs could rival Bexley. :) I just have the funny feeling lowering taxes wasn't in the Mayor's plan.
