Ohio Considered For Coal to Fuel Plant

The Columbus Dispatch reports that Ohio is one of several states being looked at for a coal-to-liquid fuel conversion facility, one that would cost $3.5 billion to build but yet remain profitable as long as oil stays above $35/bbl. Unless Iraq and Russia open their spigots wide open and OPEC is smashed, I don’t think there’s going to be a problem here.
