I suppose one might rationalize the tolerance of Senator Mike DeWine as that he looks more conservative and in touch with the people of his state than Senator George Voinovich.

Voinovich (R-OH), Nay

Congressman Tiberi was among the 244 Ayes in the House. The measure didn’t even make the tax cuts permanent!
