Just a few cool examples of good service lately:

When I lost my luggage, I had purchased a pair of shoes from Men’s Warehouse in Oklahoma City. I had worn them for two days when I got my luggage back. Having a set of shoes I no longer needed, I took them back, offering to pay some rent charge or restocking fee. They examined the shoes to make sure there were no scuff marks, then they took them back, no charge.

For Valentine’s Day, I sent my wife flowers and candy (I was out of town). Later the florist called her, stating that one of her stems was bent, so they sent her a complete new set of flowers at no cost.

Finally, I had sent my beloved Bose QuietComfort headphones off to Bose for repair. When I opened the returned package today, I found a pair of brand new QuietComfort Model II headphones. They sound wonderful, even better than my first set. I can’t wear them at night because I won’t be able to hear babies. :)

Do unto others…they may be blogging. ;)
