An unfortunate pairing of words in the title of this Washington Times article by Christina Bellantoni. The first two attempts to comment on that title were deemed too coarse for public consumption. :)

A little more seriously: Hillary has now resorted to playing the sex card — gender is for words — noting on the trail how very excited she would be in being the first woman president. Vote for her, and you can make history!

Does anyone take this reason seriously? Besides two people in this puff piece?

If sex is an asset, how well has Speaker Pelosi done in comparison to the previous Speaker Hastert? I don’t think Hastert ever enjoyed a 23% approval rating.

Please understand: my target here is the sex card, no matter who plays it. If Condoleeza Rice or Elizabeth Dole were to play it, I’d have the same criticisms. When a candidate plays it, that person is now saying, “Don’t look at my record or my values, look at my genitalia.” And to that I say, “No thanks.”
