You really glossed over the major problems we had with our seats! Value City Arena was great but they admitted on Monday that we were the proper ticket holders so the other people should have been escorted away once we appeared. Because of their improper handling of this, they have not only given us tickets to STARS ON ICE, but they also refunded our full ticket prices! They went above and beyond in making right what was terribly wrong on Friday. I have contacted the local post office about someone receiving my mail, opening it, and freely using our tickets. Of course without a name there is nothing more that they can do. But we do live in a small community and I am certain that I will see this woman again. Whether I will confront her or not remains to be seen. I am still having difficulty believing that a person who mistakenly receives someone else's mail would open it and then use the tickets inside. And for over an hour of questioning, never admit any wrongdoing on their part! AMAZING!!! I guess that I really have led a sheltered life!
