The title is the Response part of the “He is Risen/He is Risen Indeed” pair of phrases because everyone else has said the first by now. 
The “Week Off” is often an exercise in humility and futility. The PDA is loaded with the tasks for the week. We try to budget time for it all, and something comes up (this time it’s my fault) which wipes out time to do some/most of them.
On the other hand, successfully bathing, dressing, and putting to bed two three-year-olds by oneself without any major incidents, while the spouse is out, can lead to a small sense of accomplishment.
