Malta Puts Jesus on Coin

AFP reports (link dead) that the citizens of Malta have chosen to put an image of “The Baptism of Christ”, a Maltese sculpture, on some of their coins.

Of course, this prompted a blurb from my FreeRepublic alter ego, borrowing from Matthew 22:17-21:

And Jesus said to them, “Whose likeness and inscription is this?” They said, “Yours.”
